Deposit Policies
If you are a new client, we require a pre-payment of $65 as a deposit for the services of your first visit to secure your appointment.
- If for any reason the pre-payment exceeds the visit cost, we will refund the difference in full in original the form of payment.
- If appointment is canceled more than 24 hours before appointment, deposit can be refunded in full to original card/form of payment.
- If appointment is canceled within 24 hours of appointment, credit cannot be refunded. If no-call/no-show to first appointment, deposit is non-refundable.
- For new clients requiring traumatic emergency services, we take a $250 deposit to initiate triage care. This can be paid once you arrive. The DVM may be able to provide further financial estimates based on the patient’s condition.
- For new clients utilizing our boarding services, the boarding stay cost is required to be paid in full either at the time of scheduling or at drop off.
